Returns: Your satisfaction is important to us.Please keep in mind we are a very small business. Measurements are provided on everything we sell at funkygarb because no two companies produce the same exact size garments even when they are marked as such! We accept returns of unworn, unwashed NON SALE items that have the original hang tags attached providing you email us first to obtain a return authorization number.

sales@funkygarb.com within 72 hours of receipt of your item. Once you have your authorization number, returns must be received by funkygarb.com within 7 days. Once we receive and review your return, your refund will be processed within 72 hours. Please note there is a 20% restock fee on all returns and please understand that shipping charges are not refundable. Shoes/sandals are NOT returnable. Be sure you insure or track your package. Failure to follow our return procedures will result in our refusal to accept your package. Again, final sale items are not returnable.

Shop 24 hours a day and it’s not just fast and easy but reliable AND secure with data being transferred via a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Internet Protocol (IP) connection. Paypal is also an acceptable method of payment at funkygarb. As a 3rd party processor, it is safe and convenient.
